Private Sessions
Not everyone wants to join a group or has the time. Maybe you prefer a program designed especially for you, or you want to be able to receive instruction in the comfort of your own home. If this is the case private sessions may be just what you need.
Private sessions are an opportunity to develop and deepen into your own yoga therapy practice, tailor-made to your own needs. Typically a session includes both talking and yoga therapy practices that relate to your situation at the present moment. You will be provided with detailed and gentle guidance and also be given homework for regular self practice.
It is common to work with both physical and mental issues in a private session.
Generally a minimum of six yoga therapy sessions are recommended for an individual to see results. Some people use yoga for the mind therapy as their main form of mental healing and work with Heather for more than a year in an ongoing process of recovery.
Sessions can be arranged at various locations in London and also in the convenience of your own home.
Cost: £75 for 1 hr £100 for 1 1/2. (concessions are available)
It is recommended that you book an hour and a half for your first session as a in depth consultation with Heather

Sessions by Skype
If you are do not live in London and would like a consultation with Heather Mason this can be arranged through Skype. Although a Skype session cannot take the place of a session face to face it is a wonderful chance to work with Heather if you live far away. Heather's Skype name is yogaforthemind.
Sessions are £60 per hour or £90 for an hour and a half
