Our online courses provide comprehensive training in yoga therapy and mindfulness techniques for the relief of stress, anxiety and mild depression. We also offer free online tips, practices, and articles to help you take charge of your well-being. In our products section you may purchase CDs with more extensive information and instruction.
If you are a graduate or trainee of one of our professional training courses you will find extensive professional resources in the login section of the site that supports you in your work. This section houses articles, training videos and information on how to teach practices and research articles, and online discussion.
